Gilead Power is currently working with private land owners in Eastern Ontario on select wind energy project sites. The sites combined have an unconstrained capacity of over 200 MW. The area is sparsely populated and the land use is mainly farming.
Wind energy potential and site viability have been validated. Next steps include initiating meteorological, environmental and electrical interconnection studies.
